I am passionate about teaching group fitness and helping others reach their wellness goals. Every class is FUN and CHALLENGING! You will look forward to coming back consistently and seeing RESULTS!

For over a decade, I have been a certified group fitness instructor with a focus on Les Mills BodyPump (barbell), BodyFlow (yoga/pilates), RPM (spinning), and BodyCombat (kickboxing). I continue to educate myself in all areas of fitness and have started to incorporate Bootcamp-style challenges as an option for those looking to achieve noticeable results in a condensed period. Recently, I completed my certification in personal training.

Before starting my own business in Vicksburg, I co-owned a group fitness studio in downtown Kalamazoo. Currently, I hold group fitness classes at The Rec Room on N. Davis St. (The Gym’s fitness studio) and have virtual live and recorded classes available for those who need flexibility.
